Continuum is a SyFy miniseries available now on Netflix.

Unfortunately, I could not find this particular FIGHT SCENE to embed
the video for you, but it is well worth your time to watch it via the series.

The choreography is awesome. The women are awesome. And it's a reminder
that it doesn't take a man's strength to do damage with a crow-bar (or to pull a
trigger, for that matter).

Movie Reviews: Jackie Chan in "Drunken Master" Best Martial Arts Films

"Wow, the old bitch is tough!"

This is, apparently, the film that started his comedic martial arts career. I was delighted to see that an "Old Woman" could kick his ass with kung fu (all-be-it choreographed). Check it out. As far as I'm concerned, this scene makes the movie.

The nice thing about martial arts (compared to most other sports) is that, if you remain active, you too will be able run circles around the 20 somethings when you're in your 50's. Believe me, it feels great... to have MORE energy, flexibility, and skill now... than I did at 20.

Krav Maga Women! HOT TOUGH Athletic (Fight Quest)

Whether you're just starting out in the martial arts and trying to figure out which style is best for you... or you're an "Old Timer" like me, this Discovery Channel show "Fight Quest" is a must-see.

Two American guys (MMA Fighter Jimmy Smith and Doug Anderson) travel the world checking out different forms of martial arts and then they compete with the locals. It's good old fighting FUN!

Movie Reviews: Punch (When Girls Fight) Martial Arts Boxing

Cat Fight?

Warning: This film does contain some female nu---y. But nothing really lude... that is if you don't mind seeing it in the ring. Hmm. Maybe it is a little... Anyway, I liked it.

Thought it was clever and fun. And the women were such strong female leads that you don't feel that they are being exploited in any way.

The acting was superb and it wasn't quite as "B" as I had expected. Might have taken itself a little too seriously, though.

Still, I recommend it if you like tough girls and fight scenes (and a little family drama). I think that if it were redone as a comedy it could be quite memorable. As it is, it's just IE for me.
