Ava Cowan: I don't say too much. I keep my energy and attention to the people
that love and support me. I have had a few times when people have tried to
hurt me or judge me without giving me an opportunity to show who I am and what
is in my heart. I had to learn to redirect my energy and feel compassion for
them. You have to be in a lot of pain and misery to wish bad things for
others. I wish them happiness in their life.
